Yes, it does fade after the first week. The make-up will be dark at first, but after 5 to 10 days a crust will peel off and the color will look more natural. Treated areas must be kept lubricated with Vaseline to protect skin so healing can occur. A follow up appointment is included in the price within the first 30 days of the procedure.

Additional fading does happen gradually over time. You may eventually need a retouch appointment. Retouches are offered at a lower cost depending on the time of the original application.
